Shipping and Returns

We founded Galactic Scents Co with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. For refunds, exchanges, and returns you have 14 days from the received date to take advantage of the policy. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you are having issues receiving your order or with the product itself. I will try my best to handle any concerns you may have.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please let us know if the items came damaged.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective OR damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us by email at support@galacticscentsco.com
